Sean M. Selters is a dedicated and experienced Veteran Mortgage Advisor™ with a passion for serving military members, veterans, and their families. A proud Colorado native and U.S. Army Combat Medic Veteran, Sean’s commitment to helping others has been a cornerstone of his career both in and out of uniform. 

Sean is deeply involved in the veteran and real estate communities, serving as a member of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) National Education Committee (NEC) and as a member of the Board of Directors for VAREP’s Denver Chapter. His leadership and expertise extend to co-authoring VAREP’s Military and Veteran Lending Certification (MVLC) course, ensuring that real estate professionals nationwide are equipped to meet the unique needs of military and veteran homebuyers.

Academically accomplished, Sean holds a B.A. in History from Metropolitan State University and an M.B.A. from Western Governors University. He has also earned numerous industry certifications that highlight his specialized knowledge, including:
