About Sean

Sean M. Selters is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran who served as a Combat Medic, including a combat deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

For Sean, service did not end when he took off the uniform. It evolved.

Today, he continues serving Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, and their families through thoughtful mortgage planning, with a particular focus on helping military families understand and maximize the VA Home Loan Benefit they earned through service.

Sean specializes in VA lending not simply as a loan product, but as a long-term financial planning tool, helping military families navigate eligibility, entitlement, PCS transitions, restoration and second-use strategies, and major life events with clarity and confidence. His approach is education-first, compliance-minded, and rooted in advocacy rather than sales.

He holds multiple industry credentials focused on military and Veteran lending, including:

• Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP)

Beyond his professional role, Sean is deeply committed to the Veteran community through education, advocacy, and volunteer service. He proudly served on the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) Denver Chapter Board of Directors from 2019 to 2025, supporting initiatives that expand housing opportunities and homeownership education for Veterans and military families.
